War Crimes Web-site on Factual and Legal Briefs to ICT-Y

	On Monday, May 3, 1999, Mr. Alexander Lykourezos sent, by courier,
to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former
Yugoslavia, a complaint against NATO personnel for war crimes perpetrated 
during the March 24th, to May 1st, 1999 bombing of Yugoslavia. From the

	The background of events of the year leading up to the bombings
which started on March 24 related some info about the relevant UN
resolutions and the Kosovo Verification Mission (KVM), which I have not
seen much written about.

	Besides the background section there are four other sections
dealing with: 2) the jurisdiction of the ICT-Y, 3) the illegality of the
NATO air strikes, 4) the charges and offenses, and 5) the responsibility
of the Prosecutor and the ICT-Y.
